Day 2 - Classic car ride and walking tour of Havana

Day 5 - Walking through the tobacco fields
Duration: 3 hours
Together with the guide, you will visit a tobacco farmer and explore the surroundings of Viñales. You will learn all about the tobacco process and see firsthand how a real Cuban cigar is rolled. You will be picked up (or you can walk to the departure point), and along the way, the guide will tell you more about the local flora and fauna. This excursion can also be done on horseback. The excursion is offered in small groups and can be done both in the morning and in the afternoon, although the afternoon excursion is not recommended during the rainy season.
Playa Larga
Day 6 - 8 / 2 nights
Playa Larga is beautifully located near the Ciénaga de Zapata Nature Reserve, where you can take part in various excursions. Enjoy the tranquility of this charming village and the ideal spots for diving and snorkeling. There is a local beach strip near the houses, but it is not really suitable for spending the whole day, as there are few facilities. Instead, you can visit some nearby, more secluded beaches. An entrance fee is required here, but you will find restaurants and lounge chairs to relax comfortably. The Bay of Pigs is one of the most famous dive sites in Cuba, and there are several dive centers, such as those between Playa Larga and Playa Girón

Our adventure begins by meeting at your accommodation and strolling to El Prado, one of the city’s most iconic streets. Here, we’ll uncover the historical and architectural richness of downtown Cienfuegos. We’ll then continue along San Fernando Boulevard, where you’ll hear fascinating anecdotes about the legendary Cuban singer and composer Benny Moré. Our guided tour concludes at José Martí Square, where we’ll take transportation to explore other emblematic areas of Cienfuegos. We’ll admire the majestic Arch of Triumph, the picturesque Malecón, and breathtaking panoramic views of the bay from Punta Gorda. To top it all off, we’ll enjoy a traditional Cuban dinner. Please note that transportation back to your accommodation after dinner is not included but can be arranged locally.
