Once your trip is confirmed, we will issue an invoice and request a 15% deposit, which must be paid within two weeks. The remaining 85% must be paid no later than six weeks before departure.

If you book your trip within six weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid immediately.

At MiCuba Travel, you can make payments safely and directly via bank transfer from your own bank. We also offer the option to pay by credit card.

Late or Incomplete Payments

MiCuba Travel reserves the right to increase the outstanding invoice amount by 15% due to collection costs, without prejudice to the right to compensation. If the traveler fails to meet the payment conditions outlined in this article, MiCuba Travel may cancel the booking without refunding any amounts already paid. In such cases, the traveler must also reimburse any expenses incurred by MiCuba Travel related to the trip.
